These are going to be really, really popular, along with the zytel scales. Great set-up. Great feel.

I did a little scale shuffling with some Sh@rp G-10 scales, and this bad boy is my new best friend.

Not to my knowledge. If you're talking about inside the handle, it's probably just the lack of coating.

Nobody's mentioned MSRP to me yet. Maybe we can get Tooj in here when the work week starts.

I was just looking (this is the first time I've seen them with the zytel) and where on my 14 it sits flush, the zytel is what looks like a mm or two smaller all the way around.

They are identical, I noticed that the 24 has just a tiny bit more play in the kydex sheath, but I am guessing that it is just the lack of blade coating thickness. They are sweet though. I put the black scales on the 24 and orange on the black 14 (for Halloween :))

I can't sharpen my D2 phat bob to save my life, and it's kinda scared me off the steel. But glad for everyone else... I'll sit here waiting for my 1095 Remora, thank you very much :)

well if you don't want that d2 bob I'm sure I could think of a way to dispose of it for you haha

what sharpening system do you use?

Maybe some bench stones would yield some better results? I've got no idea though. I have never had any d2. Hoping the 24 will change that though.

I would like to buy one but not sure I can wait. Will there be any more contests coming up where, just perhaps, just maybe a BK24 will be the prize. Unless someone is willing to let me borrow theirs for a long time? lol I know I am dreaming still!
