So I undertook a little project to modify my BK 4 sheath. Took some pics of the final product, thought it turned out really well and figured I'd share it with y'all.
I wanted more convenience from the factory sheath. The first step was to remove the top handle strap. With that gone, I now had an extra snap set to play with. That got me thinking that I could install a snap on the belt loop for easy on/off.
I pulled out the Molle strap piece, cut the belt loop, and glued/sewed on the extra snap from the piece I had cut off previously.
Now it has more of a "dangle" feel, and can be removed without taking my belt off.
Anywho... pics for the impatient...
