Wifey decided she wanted me to fire up the grill and get some ribs on. So even though it's 107°, I figured it would be the best way to end a pretty crappy day.
My wife borrowed my 5 & went to work on the ribs. Needless to say, she was totally impressed by the way it went through the ribs like a hot knife through butter.

More pics when they're on the grill.

If you are in Dallas I can fix hungry. but you'll have to get your own 5! :D

The BK5 ROCKS !!! in the kitchen, in the field, in defensive mode too. It's a GREAT all rounder, as is the BK15. You really need to have one of each. :D

Nice! I thought Texans only did beef ribs? :)

The BK5 looks good, but the ribs look better. Now I've got to fire up the WSM this weekend.

Beef only? Naw, we'll eat pretty much anything that runs on four legs and ain't smart enough to make itself into a pet.

Not saying I don't love me some pork, but you might want to change your phrasing around some. Turns out your average pig is smarter than your average dog. I have a buddy who's pet miniature pig can play pac-man!

... too bad the little suckers are so damn delicious. BRB, makin some bacon.

HaHa nice.

The 5 is my 2nd favorite becker, no first, no third...

Heck, it's a great knife. Enjoy the 5 my friend.
