You all are a tough crowd!

I posted an image of a BK 7 sheath, and the lack of response makes me think that it was not well liked.

So, that motivated me to try something a bit different for me, a fold-over.

What do you think?

Nice lines, good press. Is the top angle open or did you seal it? I have always admired your sheaths, very classy. Moose

Thank you for your kind words about my work!

I left the top angle by the handle open, to let the thumb ramp out. It also gives the action a bit more room, which is nice.

Best,

Spiffy stuff! What sort of attachment is on it? A belt loop? Do the holes accommodate tek-lok?

I took the picture without any attachments.

But, that line of 5 holes, which has sort of become my mark, allows for attachment of any of the standard loops and clips... BladeTech; Large Tek Lok, Small Tek Lok, Klip, Large Molle Lok, Small Molle Lok, and IWB Straps. The Spyderco G-clip will also fit.

I have avoided making my own clips and loops, as I am a stickler for elegant solutions, and I was not pleased with what I could imagine. But, I think I have figured a way to make them well, and I should be offering some soon. Probably about the time I unveil the new website.

Thank you for your kind words!

Best,
Marion

I feel you on making your own attachements. I am trying to design an H bracket know for those that want both Hori and Vert carry. Once again, very nice work. Moose

I think it looks great. I looked back to find your earlier post and I definitely prefer this sheath to the other two I saw.

I've just ordered the BK7 (shhh, I'm not suppose to buy anymore knives).. as soon as I get it, its mod time to the extreme.. I will strip the coating, remove the thumb ramp, decrease the thickness of the handles a touch and also dremel a design into them, and I'm undecided about a choil.. I wander if it would still work in your sheath with these mods???

Nice by the way, me likey.. how about a baby for the 13?? or is it worth it?? the 13 I mean.. I haven't got the knife yet so I'm not sure if that's really worth carrying.. If not I'd strap my Izula to your sheath..

Thank you. marion.poff@gmail.com : )

As long as you don't modify the handle under the kydex, I can make one that works, without having to use your knife to make it. If you modify the handle under the kydex, I would need to have your knife to make the sheath.

I just re-discovered how to do skeleton handle knives, so I will be doing them for the 13. I like the US made 13, it is really keen.

Looks really nice, great work!

Thank you!

Man!! where did you order that from? Moose

to be honest I don't remember the 'exact' company that's gonna ship, but I bought it off Amazon.... ($61shipped is why)

Never ordered a knife from them before and probably not again. I have plans for this.. although I think I'll hold off on the mods until I use it a bit..
