Bk -7 Sheath rattles

Hey all! I am soon to inherit this BK-7 from a trade deal. Ive got it just cant claim it yet.

Great knife!!! But the sheath rattles like crazy. Overall its not a bad sheath, considering the price of the whole but rattling just wont cut it!

Ive heard about forming the kydex insert, but I dont know what to do really.


Suggestions?

If it rattles that badly, consider getting a new sheath. A new one is affordable and might be much better than the one that came with the knife. Trying to form kydex on your own, as a newbie, might not only be frustrating, but dangerous to health.
