Bk -7 Sheath rattles

Hey all! I am soon to inherit this BK-7 from a trade deal. Ive got it just cant claim it yet.

Great knife!!! But the sheath rattles like crazy. Overall its not a bad sheath, considering the price of the whole but rattling just wont cut it!

Ive heard about forming the kydex insert, but I dont know what to do really.


Suggestions?

Take a look at the following thread. In my second post, I provided links to several earlier threads on BFC discussing ways to deal with loose/noisy Becker sheaths, as well as the solution I came up with, which has worked out very well, and is extremely easy:
