So far I'm really pleased with my new BK-9. However I don't like the sheath. It rattles.
I also have a cold steel Bushman. The cold steel bushman sheath I also don't like. It don't holds the Bushman as well as it should be.
Besides I think it's way to large to the 7" blade that the Bushman.
To check that I decided to the put the 9" becker blade in the Cold Steel sheath to see how far it would come (length-wise).
And guess what. It fits really perfectly. (so that proves that the bushman's sheath is way to big for the 7" bushan).
It feels like it is made for the BK-9.
It hold the blad as tight as any kydex sheath would. I could hold it upside down and shake as hard as I like but the blade won't move a bit. :thumbup:
That being sad, I don't mean that the bushman's sheath generally is a great sheath, but it certanly holds the BK-9 very well, much better than the original sheath.
