My BK9 was described with the extra free BK13 knife.

I would confirm contents with the seller before purchase. . .
 
The small one, the BK-13, is included as a promotional item for a limited time. Nobody knows what the "limited time" may be. I'd suggest simply calling or emailing the company you want to do business with and asking them. I know that some places are still offering the BK-9 with BK-13, but I don't know which ones.
