If so, whaddya think?
Just got mine in the mail yesterday. Definitely alot beefier knife than I'd expected. Think I was expecting something more along the blade thickness of a BK #5. Definitely a rugged little chunk of knife, and a helluva lot of bang for the buck.
Think I'll get along with it just fine, although I doubt it'll be replacing the BK #5. That's awight though, the #5 sets an enormously high standard that alot of umpteen hundred dollar customs couldn't meet either.
I can definitely see it as a part time camp companion, full time car knife, and the one I'll pick to go flying with the old man. As advertised, it's a whole lotta whup a$$ in a small package. (errr...that's a paraphrase by the way
)
haven't had a chance to test it yet. I'll have to venture into the kitchen and the back yard with it some time this weekend. Maybe even make it an excuse to go out for an impromptu day hike or canoe trip...
