I'm trying to restore the logos found on the BK blades.

I can duplicate the model # (it's Arial font size 16) but can't duplicate the BK&T logo. And I can't seem to find the BK&T logo on the intrawebs. Does anyone have it or know where I can find it?

The linked image below is close but the blade logo does not have the horizontal line running through the middle.

Or ... maybe someone can use their graphics-fu to remove the line and produce a reversed negative as shown below? Maybe just the "BK&T Ka-Bar" part if that simplifies things.

Here's the plan ...

Laser printer toner is heat sensitive and can be transferred to another surface when reheated. As shown below, I have created the 'BK-10' using a word processor to 'insert an image' in a doc, inserted the "BK-10" text in Arial 16, rotated and flipped it, then reversed the foreground and background colors to create the reversed negative image, and then printed it out on a laser printer. (Ink jet won't work.)

Then I cut out and lay the image down onto the blade and use an iron to reheat the toner while pressing to transfer the image from the paper onto the blade. Then remove the paper and use electrical tape to mask off the entire area and then electro-etch as normal when the blade coating is still intact.

(No, not my idea, just standing on the shoulders of giants.)

As always, any and all help would be appreciated. Thx!
