Yea, I took a look at that early this morning a little bit high for me. I want to use it but if I pay a lot for it, It wil stay in the closet...Not sayin anything bad...just sayin...:cool:

I've had mine on the EE for a few weeks for much cheaper, yet apparently no one wants it. All I can say is, "good luck with yours, brother."
 
Thats a little to steep for me.
I would like to have it though, a Brute was my very first Becker.

Its not mine, I just noticed it, and after the 30+emails I got asking about the BK1 last time I got a line on some, I thought some might be interested.

I like to haggle, just sayin'.

llcarter, you can always drop in here if you have BKT and let the fellas know its in the exchange, since nothing bumps back to the top anymore, they might have just overlooked it. Just don[t post links, just drop in and say "I'm putting a BK blah, blah on the exchange, may wanna look for it". These guys eat those things up.:D

My two cents suggestion is to make sure to model number in the title, so if we do a search we can put that in and have it come up, help to sort through the chaff and whatnot.'

But yeah, the price for this one is way too steep for this boy, specially when I would want to use it.
 
Thanks for advice! I didn't know the rules about that sort of stuff, so I avoided posting it outside of the exchange.
 
OK, gotta admit I ran right over to the exchange, with out reading the rest of the posts........whew....I ran back over here even faster!
 
I doubt it will sell for that much. Just makes me appreciate the still unused Brute sitting in my drawer that much more! ;)
 
Ummm... What is he smoking? Does that price include shipping AND a night with Yvonne Strahovski? I'm confused.
 
Obviously that BK1 is overpriced, but if the market rejects it at that price (which it will most likely) he will have to drastically reduce it or withdraw it altogether. That is the beauty of the free market:thumbup:The Brute still shows up on the exchange occasionally so it is'nt rare enough yet to warrant those prices. Too, rarity alone is'nt enough to drive up prices, there are plenty of knives out there that are no longer in production, but are'nt fetching higher prices either. Along with rarity there must be a DEMAND.
