I ordered my BK10 last Thursday. The nice lady at KaBar told me I would probably receive it in 2 weeks. Well, it arrived on Thursday--almost a week before I expected it! That was a nice surprise. Kudos KaBar!:cool:

This knife is fantastic! Even my wife said it was worth the price. It feels great in hand. I did have to sand the micarta to get it to fit properly--the handles were larger that the steel. Also, the sheath that came with it was better than I expected, but I still prefer the Spec Ops CM I got for it.

Anyway, I've finally had a chance to get a couple pictures.

Congrats. Love mine. I'm still on the fence about using it or not. Knives are made to use, but since this is a BK10LE , makes me not want to.

Thanks--So far mine has only pulled some kitchen duty. It totally put my kitchen knives to shame cutting up some chicken! I am having a bit of the same problem deciding how much I want to use it...
 
I ordered one from Kabar last thursday morning and Beth said it would go out on monday,,, so hoping to get it late this week!! Looks great!!
 
specops is probably one of the current top end in nylon sheaths. could be wrong, but it's not an art form that people seem to aspire to. leather? kydex? many things. textiles? not so much
