I had heard some people say their Neckers were a little loose inside the sheath. How would you guys say the lockup/fit is for yalls neckers?

There is some wiggle room but it isn't loose.

The thing you want to pay attention to is not slicing off the little wing ears that hold onto the hilt of the Necker...and ultimately hold onto the knife itself.

NOTE: the slight wiggle is due to the fact that the sheath holds the hilt of the Necker....and I have one of the messed up ones with poor chamfering as seen here:

Working great after a few times in and out of the sheath.
No wiggle when inside.

Mine rattles in the sheath a little but so far has passed the highly unscientific violently-shake-upside-down-over-a-bed test with flying colours.

You can always heat up a kydex sheath with a hair dryer, squeeze it in the appropriate spots, and tighten up any wiggle room.

+1 on that! My Cam BK9 had a fairly loose kydex liner. I used a SS ruler to separate the glue that the liner is held in there with. Heat ,squeeze and reglue, done!

Mine was brutally tight, It was actually dangerous to draw and I thought it was going to rip my belt loops off.
I had to file the wings down a little, and now it's perfect.

Funny that I'm the only contrary one:o

mine is super tight(even after putting it in and out of the sheath 50+ times) with no rattling at all. That being said, if I don't push it it all the way(just to where it'll hold but not till it "clicks" in) there is some looseness in it but no rattle even then.

I wear mine with the handle-up. I'm not thrilled with the sheath for inverted carry, honestly.

Great knife, though. I use it for just about everything around the house.

The sheath on my (now lost) Camillus BK11 was crazy tight. If you wore it around your neck and tried to pull the knife free, you hurt yourself and the knife still wouldn't come out. The sheath with my Ka-Bar BK11 is much, much better. It holds it securely, but with a little tug it's in my hand and useful.

well, I've been EDCing my BK11 IWB with the TDI Clip for a week now. It's very comfortable, and sticks right to my side. No protusions at all under my shirt. The sheath is painfully tight if I push the blade all the way in. So I push it in just enough to where it wont come out, easily, but doesnt require a hand on the sheath and a hand on the knife to pull the thing out.
