I took the two available pictures and then went into Photoshop to put virtual handles on it. Not only does the BK11 look practical and functional, but with handle slabs it is going to look almost pretty, too.

Put a full tang on it instead of that skeletonized thing and get rid of the bottle opener. Offer a few handle options: micarta, wrapped, and a lanyard hole. Kydex sheath from Normark . My cheque will be in the mail.

I have to feel this knife and sheath in person, must be stainless, and see what the street price ends up being. Looks good though.

I don't think it's stainless. I think it's 0170-6 or some related non-stainless steel.

It is coated 0170-6.

Funny thing is that Camillus showed prototypes at Blade (june 13) and 6 weeks later people are questioning if the knife will ever be available die to the wait time.

I just don't get it!!!!
