bk14 jimping or gimping ???????????

why oh why does this lovely knife not have any gimping or jimping .please post pics if you have done some work on then.

Jimping is more about personal preference. I for one hate jimping. Have you tried looking in the Becker sub-forum here? http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php/827-Becker-Knife-amp-ToolA bunch of guys mod their Beckers over there.

I jimped the back of my BK-11. It's uneven and hideous, but it works.

I know it is not perfect, but i did it & it works awesome. I did it with a Dremel 4000 rotary tool/grinder & a thin cut-off blade. I have jimped almost all my outdoor knives.

Choils---jimping---------------Most people either love em or hate em. Not much in between. LOL
