Did some work on my bk14. Put a high and thin convex edge on up to 2000 grit and sanded the spine rounding off the drop point hump a bit and giving it a sharp 90 degree spine.
No not the 14, an x-acto and a flathead screwdriver I filed into a chisel to do the nose and mouth. I'm going to sand all the way around the handle, etch the logos, strip it and some sort of patina. Then either a nice paracord wrap or wood handle scales, maybe even sandblasted uhmw plastic scales. I did some sandblast tests on uhmw plastic and the results were good, nice and grippy.
