Just stumbled across this review today on the 16 and 17 doin a little work on some deer. Thought it might be helpful to some of Heads or passer-bys that wanna see the 2 in action on some game. I don't recall seeing any other reviews of the same matter

This was posted a few days back, but very great video for those of us who dont get out very much.

Virtuovoice taught me what a backstrap was! Looks tasty

Also, anyone who has watched some of his other videos will notice how cool his 16 and 17 are. He reprofiled the edges and blade shape on both on his water stones.. Something I want to learn some day!
 
I use a Machax to hack through deer sternums and the pelvis. Works like a charm. Also works great quartering the deer out and removing the head.
