Well I have owed the boss a sheath for a little over a year-and-a-half now, so I figured it was time to make good. He wanted some different things that I had never done before. With my newfound summertime gumption, I tried to tackle the request as best I could. Below are the results.

Looks cool man. You do love your eyelets. Can't argue with that. Can you get your hand around it pretty good to pull it out?

Oh yeah, that isn't an issue at all. A firm grasp with a couple of fingers and a push against the thumbrampesque thingy and it pops right out. The eyelets around the circumference of the sheath aren't just there for looks or preference, but because the two halves of the sheath are held apart my standoffs (nylon washers and eyelets) they have to be regular otherwise the sheath would do funny things, bend in weird places, etc...

Seriously, I love the style of sheaths you're banging out. The eyelets really gives it a unique look; and makes your OCD really shine lol. Awesome stuff! When are you taking orders? ;)

Thanks for the kind words everyone! Sheath is made from .080 Olive Drab Boltaron. I don't mess with actual Kydex anymore since it shrinks, and we had that one in Concealex that cracked, so I have never trusted it since. Anywhoosles, glad you folks like it! Hope the boss feels the same!
 
The "Boss" thinks it looks quite fine and hopes it makes it to BLADE so he can take possession ..... Should be fun to show around..... Very cool........
