BK2 Campanion Serrated

I had my eyes on that one but wasn't at home for the end of the auction...you got lucky...:)

I think I was lucky, I expected the bidding to go higher- a plain edged BK2 sold for over $80.00 a few days ago. The seller hasn't emailed me yet about this auction, but I'm sure he will. Aside from being fooled on a Schrade knife that turned out to be a Taylor ( Chinese)- I've had good dealings with eBay sellers.

There were two SGs to my knowledge--the BK-2SG and the BK-7SG.

Thanks Phil:
It must be beginners luck or something. Last sunday evening there were lots of interesting knives including some nice Schrade Scrimshaws that sold for very reasonable prices. I was keeping tract of another auction site at the time and missed out on some real nice knives.
I am trying to get some feedback on eBay because I plan on selling some knives and other items soon. I have had very good luck selling on Gunbroker and have earned excellent feedback on that site.
My interest in Camillus knives started when I got a Smoky Mtn. Knifeworks catalog years ago and I ordered a few knives. The Camillus "Riders of the Silver Screen" were such great knives, I wish I had bought many more. I gave away a few over the years and I wish I still had them. I also used a Camilllus TL-29 electrician's knife when I was in the Navy- I put that knife through a lot of abuse and it never failed me.

I thought I had made a great deal on this auction but the seller turned out to be dishonest. I paid for the knife with PayPal at the close of the auction. I didn't hear from the seller until 6 days later in an email claiming he had computer problems. I gave him my shipping info and he said he mailed the knife but he never did and never answered any of my emails.
PayPal decided the claim in my favor but as yet have not refunded the purchase price. What really disappoints me is that the seller is a soldier in Ft. Campbell, KY.

Beckers at auction seem to have really dropped in the last few weeks. I'm sure one will pop up at a really good price.
Sorry you had a bad deal, and a bad seller. I will venture a guess and say he did not expect it to go for such a low price. I think a lot of people will be disapointed at the price they paid now that prices have came down.
