BK2 patina

Got the patina done. Scraped the blade with a razor blade to get the coating off. Took about 10-15 minutes. Then applied a small layer of mustard and then hit it with a paint brush.

No stripper or any thing like that? Just a razor blade? Looks good.

Yep no stripper. Stuff gives me a bad headache and I don't have a respirator. So I used a caprenter's knife razor blade.

Left the mustard on for about 30-40 minutes.

very cool. horseradish does a crazy patina as well. do a horseradish/mustard pattern and wipe off with warm vinegar. Your looks great
