Not my idea, but....

[/IMG] I didn't tap out the rivets or cut the nylon. I wanted to be able to reconnect the original attachment. So I removed the Chicago screws./IMG_20121118_150145_zps2777e8d3.jpg[/IMG][/IMG] Then attached the Blackhawk belt slide using 2 of the Chicago screws and created cross draw sheath. The slide lines up in multiple positions, giving many options for carry abilities.

Pictures aren't that bad... I think I would rather carry it on the other hand from my pistol, but that is just me.

Some more photos... Posted these in the original post but it seems that I am having trouble getting photobucket to communicate properly with BF

I would like to incorporate my BK11 as a cross draw into a holster.. Or use that as an excuse to get a BK14 :D

Mic, you will have better results if you hit enter before and after every picture you post. Keeps them in line, and leaves space in between for your text. Also, Photobucket generates extraneous image tags at the front and end of your img urls when you go to post them. You only need one
at the end of it.

I do like the looks of the idea though. Seeing Hawk bust that out now you has me eyeballing mine that is sitting on the end of my desk doing nothing. Might have to rig something up...

Thanks Derek! I'll have to work on my photobucketing skills! What got me with the cross draw is the ability to pull with either hand. I work Security for my day job and fugitive recovery on the side, in my line of work I never know which hand will be free!

Yup. Hawk mentioned me turning him onto that at the last gathering, and I saw it from Gingi on here way back when. It makes it a lot easier to get to, and doesn't get in the way near as much, although I think I am still partial to a drop leg and see my BK16 moving in that direction sooner rather than later. Every since I added the ESEE pouch on it it is just a lot bigger to put on your belt protruding like that.
