Thanks! I used a 45 watt soldering iron with a conical tip. I just use a random pattern and a little patience!

Wow! I'll say, how long did it take? I always wanted to do a "pebble" pattern, close enough. How abrasive is it to the hand? Moose

It took me just over an hour. It is pretty coarse when it is finished but i hit it with a little sandpaper and now i think its perfect. You can always sand more to make it suit your taste!

What great ideas :thumbup: I was looking for a way to spice up the handles and this seems to do the trick!
