BK2 - to convex or not.

Do you guys think a convex or v-grind more appropriate for a BK2, and why?

I prefer convex, but I only convex the edges a little on my BK&T's.

When I was a teenager helping with butchering, I discovered the convex edge on my own. It cuts better and the edge is stronger & longer lasting.
 
I just posted a review asking Ethan the same question. I am thinking it would be a good match. Looking forward to other input.
 
Anyone know when Ethan is getting back from SHOT? Kind of surprised at the lack of responce to my question, should I take that to mean no one has put a convex edge on their Beckers?
