Hi gents,

Just finished my first time trying to wrap with paracord and wanted to share with the Becker bunch. I wrapped two BK23s as close to identical as I could. I could use some ideas on how to end the cord. As it stands right now, the very last knot on each has been saturated with krazy glue. The cord is not going anywhere.

Seems like Imgur is giving me a really hard time with posting pics, so forgive me that it’s in a link:

Please let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Nice work, now crazy glue the entire thing and finish it off with a diamond knot or a Chinese button knot. I prefer the Diamond.

Thatnyour first wrap with paraocrd n u get that match?

I must be slow. :(

Good j0b

Never seen a BK23 irl....looks nice in pics though.
Any chance of a pic or to of the knife "in hand" to get a size-reference of some sort..?

Thanks for the kind words, fellas. It was my first time wrapping a knife, not my first time playing with lanyards or paracord. Between the two, I wound up re-wrapping six times.

NJBillK, I think I will glue the whole thing. I have to check out the knots you mentioned.

danny.k, does this help...

I would just mention, the plastic sheath that comes with the 23 is pretty crappy.

But what is it, $12 for the whole package? Can't expect much.
I would like to see them done as the Remora was. Moved to a U.S. construction facility, thumb ramp removed, and made from 1095.

With a little regrind, I am seeing a mini-16. Just needs some aftermarket leather pants and some micarta slabs...
