So I joined in a "One Knife Challenge" in another forum I frequent (I know, I know, there is only one ) and I chose the BK24 to carry for the month of April and use it exclusively when I need a knife for anything. I haven't shown it much love since I got it and figured this was a good way to get some time with it. I bought it to replace my Ritter MK5 for a neck knife as I wanted to try something a bit bigger and give my son the MK5.
I really am starting to come to love this little knife.

I have been only really using it for food prep till today, I did a few feathers with it (I will post pic later). But it really is a great little cutter and is very versatile. I don't think that it will replace my 16 as my favorite, but as an EDC do everything, it will probably replace my folders.:)

It replaced my folder for a while. I ended up getting a smaller folder that's pretty much unnoticeable in my pocket. 14 in one back pocket, wallet in the other feels even. Has worked out really great.

Just got a bk24, seems to be a pretty handy little knife.

Would like to carry sometime instead of a folder, just haven't figured out a good way to do it yet. I carry a folder in my left front pocket, just gotta toy around with the bk24 in my pocket to see what works I guess.

Some of the knives ship free sheaths might fit but I am not definite.

The bk24 is one great piece of steel! It replaced my folder and is now my EDC.

Great photos, that pizza looks tasty!

I wear a fleece jacket all day most days and it fits in the pocket very well. it is a little longish at 7" but I really haven't noticed the difference a lot from carry a folder.

I don't have a BK24 (YET), but I carry my BK11 daily in-pocket and love it.
In fact, I don't see any reason not to have both on me.

I replaced my folders with a 14 and then a 24 almost 2 years ago. The only time I carry a folder is when I'm in a suit and tie. The 24 is almost perfect for edc for me. I have two custom sheaths for it - 1 one for my belt and the other for my front pocket - and a set of mesquite burl scales. I don't think I'll be selling this one anytime soon. :D

The Pocono pocket sheath from ksf is absolutely perfect, it might as well be made for a 24 with G-10 scales from TKC and a streamlight micro stream. That combo rides in my right front pocket every day along with a small Spyderco or Benchmade folder clipped in my right rear for quick/discreet jobs. Really great setup for me.
