BK29 - Some pics and a thank you

Just wanted to give a huge thanks to the fine folks over at Ka-Bar and post up some lovely pics taken by my dear girlfriend. We took the 29 out to see if we could get some shots of it, but we weren't in an area where we could do much with it aside from get pics. Hopefully soon we will get a chance to put it through it's paces, although where it is identical to the original Bundok proto, I already know how it will do. Great knife, another one knocked out of the park, and again, a huge thank you to Ka-Bar for the care package!

As cool as it is, I don't know that it will ever dethrone the king. Have had many a discussion with many a different people, and the 9 just reigns supreme.

Thanks! The gf took them, so all credit goes to her. She has a decent camera though and enjoys photography.

I really like the feel of the 29. Need to decide if I am going to strip it and go have fun with it or just keep it as a looker since another dang limited run thing....

I like the looks of it a bit better than the 20. I imagine I will kydex it and the 20 at some point. Not sure about use as the 9 is the King for a reason, and much much lighter. Of course, it does look pretty badass and would definitely be cool to have strapped to the pack.

As far as bikini pics, the girlfriend actually didn't have any issue with that idea, so who knows, maybe one of these days. Not too sure how I feel about you hooligans oggling my lady, but time will tell.

To be fair, she was a majorette in college and quite used to running around scantily clad. Not sure about thanking you for the honor though. Honestly, if I did post up pics, feel like ya'll should be thanking me. She's a looker.

In other news, I will be taking the 29 with me to Ethan's next week, so we might get some action shots then up on Half Moon Ridge.

Got my tracking number yesterday. Can't wait to play with it. Beckers were my first real knife and it nice to get back to where I started after running the gamut.

Edit: mine came in the same time micarta scales came. Holy smokes that's a game changer. Knife is great with micarta.
