Start a thread specifically for this. The idea for a 4 patch was thrown around, so I designed this. I wanted to incorporate the number 4, since they're BK4's.

Probably the latter, haha.

The 4's unusual design makes it a bit more of a challenge to use on a patch. You almost have to cross them to make it look right on a square, or round patch.
 
I've been staring at your rendition. Yea your right I couldnt visualize the 4s any other way but crossed. Unless it was octagon and the 4s were the border

I've done stuff like that before. I used some Yumas on a design for Todd Hunt. That would probably be a patch manufacturing nightmare though.

Haven't even received the first patch yet, and I'm already jonesing for this one. Nice symmetrical design. You should size it so it'll fit nicely on one of the Maxped (or knockoff) bottle carriers. Whatever that size is? 4" sounds about right. Too lazy to check right now.
 
Thanks guys, it was fun to do. Making the text go in a semi circle like that is a pain in the arse, but, I like the effect.

I do like the idea of sizing to fit a water carrier.
