So why did Fisk put a swedge on the BK5? I was watching a YouTube video and he was going to explain it, but someone ask him to wait and I never found out the answer.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is available! Price is $250 ea (shipped within CONUS).

it is so the material being cut can meet back up at the top as the knife is going through it. It provides less resistance.
"Material flow."
That is a scary proposition. It provides lift if you swing it fast enough. I'm thinking now that I should make a little drone with BK-5's for the propeller blades.
it's so nobody will baton :>
