I made a kydex sheath with leather loop for my bk72 mod (aka Larry).
It's not done I need Chicago screws i currently just put it together for testing with machine screws. Might add a sharpener and firesteel later. Moose do you have any tips for forming 1/8" kydex? Man it's a pain but should be bullet proof.

I like it. Too perferct a sheath is boring. I'd think of cutting down the excess on the bolts and keeping them. Unique, and super practical!

Yep might just cut the bolts down and hit the nuts with a center punch to ensure they never come loose.

Finished the sheath i decided to use Chicago screws on the leather and stay with machine bolts with nylonlock nuts on kydex. I think this sheath will last as long as the knife it holds. Here's the finished pics low res sorry.
