Ever wondered what will happen if you start pounding rocks with a knife?

Thank you for posting this video. It reminded me why I no longer watch hs vids anymore. Enough of this or its off to whine and cheese

These "field tests" are just as pointless as the ones done by the guy with the hockey mask. At least the scenery was better...........

It gets people watching his videos. Sometimes, these videos draw in new viewers because they are secretly what many people want to see: knives getting abused beyond their normal tolerances.

I don't watch his videos (I didn't watch this one so I'm going off the title alone) and I doubt I'll ever watch his videos, one half-video was enough to realize his reviews aren't worth the time spent watching them, when more of the video is him lecturing than is actually about the knife getting reviewed, it just seems like he's using his channel to spread his knife opinions to a bigger crowd than this forum gives.

There are other better reviewers with shorter videos with more actual content, but really I get most of my valuable information from this forum, there's a lot of knife people here who really know their stuff and give good pragmatic reviews.

For the most part you described my opinions of his channel also. I will confess that I discovered, and watched his videos (often muted) because he's VERY long-winded, so if he was talking about a knife I was interested in, I could view it from all different angles for several minutes....................something I couldn't do with still photos on this forum.

Yeah, that's an old Camillus BK7. Green sheath. No "BK7" clearly visible on the blade.

I see there is lil love for the style of video making. I get that. I'm a “Believe only half of what you see and nothing that you hear” kind of guy. The benefit of modern video's is the ability to skip fast true them. Its up to the viewer to filter and analyse...as is with everything else in life.

Thought so, thanks. A different coating could have covered any non-stamped markings. But looking at the lines it clearly has a higher saber-grind. Like the old Camillus BK7's.

I've never been able to watch more than the first few minutes of his rambling. Same with a lot of other "tube" experts.
