Bk7 sheath question

I purchased my first Becker last night (Bk7) online. I see that the sheath has a smaller sheath in the front intended for the Bk13? I don't have the 13 but I do have an esee izula. Anyone know if it will fit?

First off, welcome to the Forums! One of the best decisions I made when I joined last year, it is a fantastic place.

Secondly, congratulations on your first Becker purchase. There is a bit of love here for the 7, I think you will be hard pressed to find anything that blade will be incapable of accomplishing.

Thirdly, to answer your question: I do not have either of the small knives that you have but I do have a BK-11 and a BK-14 which are of a similar size to the Esee Izula, I think. The BK-13 is quite a bit smaller than the 11 and 14 but I think it fits in that front pouch with a bit of room to spare, so the Izula might fit ok. I can check on my lunch break shortly and follow up unless someone chimes in before I get back.

I believe the handle on the izzy sticks too far up, causing it to hit the handle on the Becker? And/or you won't be able to close the flap properly? At least that's what my increasingly failing memory is telling me... Someone with the actual knives in front of them will tell you for sure.

I believe the Candiru does fit in the sheath though...

The 7 was my gateway Becker and it came with the 13 back then. I don't think you would have any regrets picking up a 13 to got with yours. I have found that there is hardly anything that this combination can't do out in the woods.

Someone on the RAT forum tried the izula and said it is too long. I figured. I may get a Bk 13 to compliment it. Was gonna use the izula if it fit because I already had it, but now I have an excuse for my woman to buy another knife :D
