I have seen aftermarket sheaths and scales such as those Chestnut Ridge has. Is there a source where all these elements are all together for one price, where it would save a little money compared to getting the stock BK7 and then getting the scales and sheath separately?

Honestly, if you go check over in GBU, you will find that Chestnut Ridge might not be the best source for your needs.

If I were to recommend an aftermarket kydex sheath, I would check into Kiah, here, http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php/833-Kiahdex-Sheath-Systems.

He's a BFC supporter, and does some great work.

Also, check out steelnut here, http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php/862-Steelnut-s-House-of-Twisted-Kydex. Some more fantastic work.

Not to mention, any one of the numerous BFC kydex benders.

As for micarta, you won't find a better fit than the factory Kabar micarta, which can be found online at lots of places. My favorite rhymes with Nomar's.

Good luck, and let us know how it works out.

Just got my scales for all my Beckers.... love the look and feel

Just a thought; you might also try buying some micarta, safety goggles and mask, and making your own. It's not as hard as you'd think, and then you really can put the personal touch on your knife.
