BK9 and BK29 Moses

Since so many have the famous BK9 dubbed the King, I thought I would share some comparison pics. Complete credit to 91Bravo for the idea. What can I say, I need some new threads for BH#

I know the lighting is terrible, I'm a novice with the picture taking....

Cool side-by-side photo comparison TTE; and, WOW, that BK-29 IS significantly heftier than the 9! Peronally I'm not a fan of the blade geometry of the 29; something about the sweeping clip point I think...I do so love the BK-9 though- it remains my idea of big knife perfection.

Thanks for the pics TTE! I was wondering what it looked like next to a 9. I'd imagine that the 9 is better balanced than the 29, due to the straight blade.

Those pictures make me want a flat ground bk9 with .25 blade stock.

How about you switch out those grips and give us another perspective. That 29 would look great I betcha.

it's been done - wasn't pretty, and not in a good way.
needed a LOT of ballast under the scales to balance it out.
