It was pretty fun, got rained on alot and didnt see to many rabbits but I will be going there again soon....I've turned into a desert rat
 
Ya know I was really hoping to see some rabbit cooking on an open camp fire in this thread. What the crap?
 
the best way to hunt rabbits is at night, preferably in a 4x4 pickup riding in the back with your shotgun, rabbit stew all day long :D

now some may consider this cheating, but I call it absolute fun !!!! of course nowadays I no longer kill in fun (yes I've been guilty of it) everything I kill now I eat, well except for snakes.. oh and possums, oh and......................:D soon to be coyotes.. !!!

I shot this one near the dead sea , a couple of years ago with a film camera ... I should crop it a little but I'm too lazy now .
 
I'm going to Nevada in the next few weeks, thats some flat hot desert there...

I will get some pics, and yes rabbits are going down, this time it personal
