BK9 coming soon?

Dang it...I just had to pick up a BK9 didn't I? Went to the knife shop and held the BK9 yesterday and I am already thinking of all the fun stuff I could do with it. I love my BK7. I have been using the heck out of it, and it seems to be the perfect camp, hunting and bushcraft blade (and after a friend challenged me, I used it for EVERY task while on an outdoor expedition for a few days), but now I just gotta see what a niner can do. It is killing me! Addiction!

Yep. Was a return at the knife shop and the previous owner tried to patina the blade...he really humped the bunk on it. The shop has a pretty liberal return policy but I jumped on buying it. A good strip and patina and she looks good. Will post pics soon.

I like a multi layer forced patina so I still have some work to do. However, she is going out to work a little camping magic this weekend.

best if paired with a 14 or a 16!
