Well, to be honest, you do.

All you need is a DVD case, pair of scissors, and a ball point pen.

I don't know right off the top of my head if anyone is still making them. I got mine from Flexxx.

This. Though, you MAY need to buy longer bolts. I made a set with an xbox 360 game case for my bk-16 and my bolts were too short afterward. You can make a thin white set out of one of those plastic "for sale" signs you can get from walmart or whatever. Just look around for thin plastic in the color you want. I used a sign scavenged from a gas station, and my bolts still fit. Apparently dvd case material is too thick for the "tweener" line's bolts.

You can also play with size by using 5-star notebook covers or folders. Those thin plastic cutting board sheets work well, too!
