I am on vacation and bored as hell. I had a spare kydex sheath from another knife (please guess which one, just for the fun of it). Then, when I realized that knife doesn't exist anymore, I decided to use the sheath and re-make a kydex sheath for it.

Here is a pic of it, it has an American Sportsman belt attachment to it. It is pretty much complete. Retention is good. I will add a Chicago bolt/fastener there to tighten the retention up a bit though. Thats about 2 mins of work anyway.

My wife wanted me to do kydex for her ESEE too...So, more work and projects ahead.

Very nice. I gotta' get some kydex for my 9. That way, if I lose my kayak paddle, I can still get to shore.

Nice work man... I like that you don't have it buttoned up all the way along the spine. Not sure why but I like that style.

Kershaw Outcast?

Yup! The handle broke and cracked (the outer part only) last winter and it just sat. I might do a project on in later, but I have to think about that.

Meanwhile, the sheath fit fine for the 9. I actually had to re-heat the kydex 3 times just to get the centering and depth exactly where I want.

I love kydex as it is so easy to work with!
