BK9 or Machax?

I was trying to make a little animated clip with these pictures but it didnt work out

EPIC!!

I'm gonna have a bk-4 coming here in a couple of days, and hopefully later on in the future, a 9!
 
They're both good, I prefer the 4, though it does get stuck in blocks of wood easier.
 
I really like the 4, but in all honesty in my opinion the 9 still chops and batons just a little bit better. There is something about the bk9, geometry, weight, shape I don't know but it's an amazing chopper!

What this really made me want to do was use 2 BK9's. BK9 #2 just showed up. :D
 
The nine is the best chopping knife I've ever used. Probably not as awesome as a 6 but maybe I'll actually get to find out some day. :D
 
They were close but the BK9 was better. It took bigger chunks of wood out and made progress faster. You can see in the last picture the difference in the machax side on the left and the 9 side on the right. I want to thin the edge out a little on the Machax and see if it improves next time.
