There are lots of comparison vid and good times there....

Enjoy Beckerheads and you aspiring to be Beckerheads....

I love my BK9 as much as anyone else. But I've found out through experience that the KA-BAR kukri machete can easily out chop it. So I regularly alternate between the two of them for daily carry.

There's quite a few blades around that can chop better than the BK9, plenty for less money too. The BK9 is much more than a chopping tool though, it can tackle a variety of tasks pretty well.

Great videos! Tell the cameraman to stop standing directly behind the guy swinging the doublebit axe. Especially when there is bad technique involved!!! HAHA LOL

Tobi, cameraman was way back, but camera has great zoom, LOL...
Good times were had regardless of bad tecnique, haha
That double bit really bite deep, it is a freakin monster....

That broad axe is just sooooo sweet, handles like a charm and bites deeper than most axes i hve used before....

Your chopper though, looked like it was about the same amount of hits to clear the board, which is pretty impressive.
The axe looked like it did much better on the actual tree, but on the 2x4 it looked to be pretty close.

That chopper weighs in at 2.5 pounds so withh a sweetspot double the lenght of the axe, it has an advantage that you don`t have to aim so precisely at every hit you know... just whail away all you want, LOL....
