BK9 vs. Ontario GEN II - SP 45

So of these two knives, which would you prefer?
They're both at about the same price point ($70-80), and I believe are made for similar use (hard wilderness).
The BK9s a proven performer, but the Ontario (which is relatively new, I believe) seems like it could hold it's ground. Both are made in USA. Sorry I don't have exact stats or pics, but there on there respective website:

I have both of those and would hate to give either one of them up. There are a couple of darn good rough use knives, I would lean toward the BK-7 if I had to choose one.
