I've made this thread because I'm at my wits end with http://www.bkcg.co.uk/.
I'm really looking for advice from anyone who has used this website to buy knives.
If you see my previous thread I recently purchased a Case Stockman in CV from handyniknaks, where I have received excellent service.
Originally I had ordered a Stockman in SS from BKCG, I ordered this on February the 3rd, I waited a week and submitted a delivery update request, but didn't receive a reply, I waited another week and submitted another and again didn't receive a reply. No money had been taken, and I'd had zero correspondence on my order so I send an e-mail asking to cancel more order. BKCG states they have a no quibble returns policy, so I didn't think cancelling the order would be a problem. Still no reply to my e-mails, then payment was taken from my account for the knife on the 18th of Feb
I sent another e-mail asking BKCG to contact me regarding the order.. but again... no reply.
Now I have no knife and no money and clearly there is no intention of contacting me.
Has anyone else had problems with BKCG? I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, and still hope that this will be resolved. But after 10 days I highly doubt the knife has been posted, and after 10 days a refund could have been arranged.
