Got my 1911 grips in the mail yesterday and all I can say is WOW, these are gorgeous damn. Anyway here are a couple of pics I wanted to share.

do you like your kimber or springfield armory better?
both are top notch for 1911

well that is a tough question, the Springfield was and original mil spec 911 I had worked over at a custom house, that said the Kimber shoots just as well as the Springfield, it also feels like tolerances are tighter on the Kimber. Both are great and top notch.

Nice combo. Kimber and Busse, you cant do better than that. Ive notice that the 1911 grips vary a lot, yours are particularly nice. I bought black and tan (nice as well) and red and blacks and I have yet to purchase a 1911

I wish I couldve afforded one of each color grips
