something feels a little off kilter to me.
The design is very good, I like the aggressive dropped blade. It has a pushy, thrusty, leaning look to it that's muscly. And pragmatic- good proportions, comely shape for the hand, (I know that sounds dirty...), practical dimensions and excellent continuity of line.
Although I do personally like a more organic approach to handle shaping- softer edges and whatnot. But a lot of people also like a more geometric approach to contouring, so that's just opinion, man. What isn't opinion is precision, which is universally evident.
But there is a disturbance in the Force, and I think it has to do with the materials. It's too jarring, aesthetically speaking. Even mild colour anodizing of the spacer and clip might be too much, given the context created by the other components.
I think it might all jive better if the blade were black. And maybe the fasteners, as well. That wouldn't require additional manufacturing of parts and would be achievable without too much work, which is why I suggest it.
All that being said, I don't think there's anything significant to complain about wrt the design or construction, and I would think this knife is a winner regardless of materials used, so long as the combination is 'right'

Love the knife. Good flow and geometry. I like the color contrast of the clip and back spacer, not too much colored material and the anodizing is dark enough to not contrast the scale.
