What do you guys think about black anodized titanium?
We did this to a working finish xm-18 scale.
It matches the DLC lock side fortunately.

Being that it is anodized, it is not durable and will scratch. I am carrying this one to see how it holds up and perhaps over time I'll anodize the worn or scratched areas with bronze to give it some highlights. We'll see.

I like seeing wear on anodized titanium, but that may just be me.

So far it's actually held up better than I thought it would. I have no problem with wear so I'm in the same boat as you.

Here is an update showing how the black anodizing has held up for the last 7 months of daily use and carry.
The underlying color is blue, so you can see the blue tint starting to come through where it wears away the most.
