Heres a bushie I just finished recently. Its 10" OAL with 5.75 blade length and 1 and 1/8th tall scandi grind, and forge finish. Blade was done by Ivan Campos and handle is black ash burl with mosiac pin. I will add a black sheath and matching firesteel in black ash burl to complete this package. Very interested in trying this blade out. Thanks for looking....Larry

Thanks spooky I appreciate you guys looking and giving me your opinion. No better opinion than those that can actually put a blade thru its paces....

i will take it . ohh s.o.b. this isn't the knife makers for sale area :). it looks great sir and once you tested it out shoot me a pm or email and i will take it off your hands. have fun with it and post up pics of the sheath and fire steel also. it looks like a great woods blade

Grunt thanks I appreciate your comments. Maybe I can send this one around as a pass around when the sheath and the firesteel is done. :D

that would be very kind of you sir. again i am very impressed by that blade. it looks like a real user.

I'm kind of new to this forum but maybe you guys can point me in the right direction and who to send the blade to. I'm interested in feedback and seeing how you guys like it (good or bad). Try it out and see what you think. Thanks fellas...

there is a place on the forum to set up a pass around. it has some rules but can be done. you set it up and get a list of ppl set up and send it to first on the list then they use if for a week and send it to the next person and so forth. i couldn't find it but its around i am sure someone will post a link.

Very nice work Shaughnessy, very nice looking knife. Black ash burl is pretty awesome stuff, I have just recently been gravitating towards it. The grind looks about perfect, the contours look ergonomic and the mosaic pin is a nice touch.

Ivan does a hell of a job, and his blades are real nice. Black Ash burl is my favorite of all the stabilized woods. Kind of weird putting together a blade from South America and some burl from Northern MN...but thanks and I appreciate all the comments. I hope to get the sheath and firesteel done shortly and then out to you guys in a pass around. It would be a shame to not test this blade good or bad. Thanks again guys.
