Hi Jason,
I like this knife allot. It looks to be one that would give good service for years to come.
Is the 440c frame heat treated with a spring temper for the lock? Its cool how thin this baby is.

Thank you,
Yes the lock is spring tempered.
I've been carry something with this type of design for almost a year, but different knives because I keep letting the one in my pocket go.
I guess there are worse problems to have.
Thanks
Jason

I'm bumping this thread back up to say the knife arrived today. The pictures Jason posted do not do this knife justice. It is beautiful, and the fit and finish are perfect. The seam between the black and blue G10 is flawless. You cannot tell its actually two pieces until you closely look at the grain. Jason told me he "eyeballs" the grinds. The symmetry of the hollow grinds are perfectly matched, side to side. It has an excellent interface between the tang and lock. The knife has a very nice feel to it in my large hands, with just the right amount of heft. The knife feels rock solid. I know I am going to really enjoy using it for a long time to come.

From end to end, this is an extremely well built knife. I'll be back for more from him.

Thanks again Jason!
