Black Chief was lower grade AF&H's brand (similar quality as Woodslasher) . Maybe it was new brand created after Kelly&AF&H merger. It is also possible it came from Welland Vale or Evansville Tool Works acquisitions.Any information on this line would be appreciated. It weighs 3lb 8 oz.
