Gentlemen--

I should be taking delivery of one of these beauties on Wednesday. 17" ATS-34 blade, satin finish w/polished cocobolo handles.(Thanks Larry!) Has anyone handled these in the past, know how they handle, performance, etc?

What other blade steels are available besides ATS-34, and is your sword hollow ground and double edged?

Anxiously waiting your comments/reviews of how it handles and cuts...

<I was drooling over it at the BladeArt website, but probably can't afford it for some time to come...>

I believe you can have the sword in pretty much whatever steel you want; they seem to be flexible on materials. As to the blade, it is single edged, 17", flat ground with a long sharpened clip point. A pic of the very sword that's on its way to me is on www.bladeart.com under Custom knives, Laci Szabo.

Thanks for your interest, and I hope to get the time to put this beauty through its paces.....
