Googled "CRK damascus Umnumzaan" and the third result was a thread here on Bladeforums where it is said that they made 10 tanto and 10 harpoon/drop point for the 2018 USN Gathering.

Thank you sir! I hadn’t found that pic or info yet, but found info on the 2019 FDE Zaan for USN.

The blacks were made in 2018, then CRK did the same in FDE for 2019 USN. They also made a set of each without the damascus blades. They're often referred to as the BoomZaans.
