Hey Guys,
The small Limited Edition Black ENER-G I ordered showed up and has been in my pocket a couple days now. Just as great a slicer as the original, but looks even sexier in it's new outfit!! I love the all black G-10 handle and even though I normally prefer satin or polished blades, this one looks killer with the coating. Makes the knife flow really well. The large one should be here in a couple days, I'll post comparison pics of the two when it shows.

Cheers,
Jon

Hey, Thomas! How do you guys polish the edges of G-10 so they're not white? (Thinking about an ENER-G with blue G-10.)

Sweet!! Now I gotta get one.

J-Mac, can you PM me where you got your's from?
Last time i checked, I didn't see them in stock at
my usual places. Thanks for the pics.

That looks great! One of these days I should get one (or two!) :D. I'd like to see that black clip on the satin ENER-G.

Just placed my order. Now the wait!!
;)

I've been wanting one for awhile now. Couldn't pass up on
the black ENER-G. Sweet looking blade.

Hey all,
The all black ENER-G II showed up and I took a couple side by side pics. Very happy with both of these.

The ENER-G II is the larger of the two. At about 8 1/4 inches open with a blade of 3 1/2, it's bigger than the Leek. I don't have the smaller ENER-G to compare a Leek to, but I would think it's closer in size.

The 1740 has a blade length of 2.81 in. Just a tad smaller then a Leek.
I'm not sure about overall length. Mine was sent out today so I'll post
some side by side pics when it gets here.
